Happy New Year! and Goodbye Social Media

Greetings and Happy New Year! I decided to start a blog to replace the social media stuff... for now.

Call it an experiment! I looked back at how much time, energy, money, and emotion I had poured into the social media aspect of this business... and the return on that investment did not materialize. In fact, it did the opposite. I felt drained, sad, tired, angry, jealous, and overwhelmed trying to keep up. Social media never existed in my younger days, and we got along just fine without it. I am taking that chance and throwing it back to... maybe not 1985 (I WISH) but maybe say Y2K. I mean think about it...I was once in a Rolling Stones movie (True Story) and it happened without social media. There was a website, a blog and a place to submit a photo, which I did via a scanner. So old school.

So here is to dial up internet, getting off of your phone, and getting your hands dirty. Literally.

I will be making more pottery and art, and less videos and "content" but I will make blog posts from time to time. If I remember!
