Book a 2-hour time block to create in the "NEST"! This booking is for time ONLY. For canvas or paper projects, you will choose your size of canvas/ backing and pay for it when you arrive. You will have full use of all the paint and paper materials for your project! For CLAY HANDBUILDING ONLY! - If you do not want to choose one of our clay projects from the menu, you MUST have clay experience to book "time only" and pay for the clay and firing fees separately. Clay for "The Nest" Open studio is $10.00 per lb and includes clay, use of underglazes or underglaze transfers (during visit), bisque firing, one color dip glaze, and glaze firing. You may also opt to "return to glaze" after bisque firing and make a 1 hour "glaze appointment" which included the use of over 50 Mayco stoneware glazes, underglazes and underglaze transfers. Return to glaze is $10.00 per hour. *DIY clay pieces not on our menu must be under 8" in any direction. Multiple pieces MAY incur an additional firing fee.
