We strive to make sure every piece makes it through each step but sometimes things go awry. If for some reason your piece is affected by the laws of nature, please know, this is simply part of the mystery, fun, and frustration of pottery. To avoid mishaps, please be sure to pay attention to the instructor, as we do not offer refunds or credits for damaged pots unless it is an equipment failure on our part. Thanks for understanding~!
