2 hours of DIY creative time for adults. Clay and firings are extra. Clay is 2.00 per lb, includes use of all studio tools, templates, books, etc... there is no storage for projects made during DIY time. Firing fees for any pieces kept is 10.00 each which includes one house dip glaze color. If you choose to return to glaze your own pieces, you must book a glaze appointment or return during open studio glazing times. Return to glaze is 10.00 per hour and includes the use of all in house brush on glazes and underglazes and select underglaze transfers. Templates and instructions for a variety of hand-built pottery projects are available but bear in mind this is not a "class" although we will be able to answer questions and check your work for firing readiness. Some things you can make- Mugs, planters, salt and pepper shakers, small dishes, ring holders, figures, pinch bowls and cups, small vases, decorative items, whatever you can imagine that will withstand firing, and is structurally sound. The 2 hour timeframe includes, set up and clean up. Please BYO towels and or aprons if you choose. Please no children as this is an adults only creative session.
