Summer Studio Pottery Wheel

Summer Studio Pottery Wheel Week 6 Aug 5-9
Monday -Friday 10am -12 Noon
Pottery Wheel 
We will learn how to operate a pottery wheel, center clay, open and raise clay walls to make bowls, mugs and more. We will learn about firing clay, glazing and proper clean up of wheels. 
Class time includes clean up time. 
We will work together step by step for success. 
All Classes- 
Focus is on individual creative expression and participants are encouraged to explore their own ideas and create in a relaxed, friendly environment. All canvases, paint, paper, printing materials, clay, glazes and firings are included. 
Artists are free to work at their own pace, and instructors will teach weekly lessons and techniques and guide students in a zero pressure, supportive, professional manner. 
Classes are facilitated by experienced working artists and art teachers.

Feel free to bring beverages but no food/snacks are allowed due to potential allergies. Thanks for understanding. 
Painting paper and print projects can be taken home at week’s end. 
Pottery projects will be available for pick up 3 weeks after session ends. 
There are no make up days for missed classes.
