Pottery Wheel Mini Spin for TWO

It takes a lot of study to become a certified "Spin Doctor," tm, but you and a friend can get your hands and maybe your pants dirty at a fun mini spin pottery date! Choose from a selection of dates and times, or, for an additional fee, schedule an alternate date. 
 
This is a ONE HOUR INFORMAL  pottery experience, strictly for fun, for you and a friend to have a go at making a pot on the potters wheel. 
Upon arrival, you will be given a quick tour of the studio, a fifteen minute demo and then create your *masterpieces* on the pottery wheel.  Your first finished pot is included in the class fee. Any additional pots you decide to keep are $10.00 for trimming and glaze firing. 
Choose a glaze and we will trim, bisque fire and glaze your finished creations for you or choose to return to the studio in about 3 weeks to glaze with our huge variety of options for an additional fee. 
Please purchase an alternate date * ALTERNATE TBD * if you need a different day or time or are unsure (if it is a gift) and call for available dates. 
 
The Mini Spin is meant to be FUN! If you have ever watched those well toned potters throwing pots on a wheel while they listen to ethereal pan pipes, barefoot, on a beach... then come on down and see how it REALLY is! *please don't  come barefoot!
 
In fact, please wear closed toe shoes, and tie up your long locks. 
If you have long nails, they may present a challenge! But heck it, no risk, no reward! 
 
You may get muddy, but no worries, clay washes right out. 
 
We do NOT provide aprons, but have some for sale at the studio that you can proudly wear and show people that you "Survived Pottery Wheel Try It Night at Little Bird Clay Company." or "I became a Spin Doctor"  Etc. 
 
This one hour mini lesson is PERFECT if you have been on the fence about committing to a multi week course and you want to try it out, and also is a GREAT gift for a friend, co-worker, couple, or you and your bestie!
