Handbuilt Pottery
Hand building is a fun way to make just about anything out of clay!
We will make a variety of hand built projects from templates or bring your own ideas!
The goal of this class is to explore different forms and concepts and surface textures and decorations.

Plates (small)
Enclosed forms like vases and Boxes
Lidded forms
Planters
Luminaries
Small houses
Tea cups
Sculpture
Butter dishes
Bird baths (small)
Feeders
We will explore
Carving
Underglazes
Sgraffito
Mishima
Printmaking on clay
Stencils
Stamps
And whatever else we can fit in!
Clay is available for purchase and includes bisque firing.
Glaze firing is separate, pay per piece. Please see chart in studio includes use of studio glazes.
Refunds
No refunds after 48 hours purchase. Class needs to meet minimum to run, if class minimum is not met we will place you in an alternate class. If this is not possible we will then issue you a refund.
There are no make up days for missed classes. Classes cancelled for weather or holidays will be re scheduled .
